Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

Donna Preedy (“I”, “me”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information I collect through donnapreedy.com, how I use it, and your choices. I aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and anything you write in your message.
  • Coaching and assessments: if you become a client, information you share in sessions and through the Harrison Assessment. This is used to deliver your coaching or program (see “Harrison Assessment results” below).
  • Session recordings: with your permission, coaching sessions may be recorded and transcribed.
  • Website usage: general information about how visitors use the site — such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location — collected through cookies and similar tools.

How I use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
  • To deliver coaching, facilitation and assessment services you’ve engaged me for.
  • To understand how the website is used so I can improve it.

I don’t sell your personal information, and I don’t share it with anyone else except as described below or where required by law.

Third-party services

I use trusted providers to run this website and my business. They may process your information on my behalf, and some may store it outside Australia:

  • Website hosting (Crazy Domains)
  • Email (Google Workspace)
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats)
  • Customer relationship management and messaging (LeadConnector)
  • Harrison Assessments — the platform you complete your assessment on
  • Session recording and transcription (Otter.ai), only with your permission
  • AI tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT) used to help analyse session notes

Harrison Assessment results

If you complete a Harrison Assessment as part of a program arranged by your organisation, your report may be shared with your manager to support your development. Your results are not shared with anyone outside your organisation.

If you’d like to know who will see your report before you complete the assessment, just ask.

Session recordings and AI tools

I only record a session if you agree to it, and you can say no or change your mind at any time.

To design coaching programs around your specific needs, I sometimes use AI tools to help identify key themes and priorities from session notes or transcripts. I use these tools as an aid to my own professional judgement — they don’t make decisions about you.

Where practical, I remove names and identifying details before using AI tools. Recordings and transcripts are kept securely and deleted when they’re no longer needed for your coaching.

These services may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. If you’d prefer your sessions not to be recorded or analysed with AI tools, just let me know — it won’t affect the coaching you receive.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to measure visits and keep the site working properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

Keeping your information secure

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information I no longer need is deleted or de-identified.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or correct the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing info@donnapreedy.com.
